Ha ha you much be thinking what sort of Writer Gal I am ? As you might be getting bored of same questions  asked by me over and over.   Iam like this only  in fact I become crazy when weekend approaches its  excites me a lot  as  I  get to do whatever I want to DO

SO SHALL I START  WITH THE BOOK REVIEW


First I would like to tell Y'all that Harlequin India is going a great job of promoting Young Aspiring Authors. Its really  great thing .Hats off Harlequin India  and other publishing houses for taking up such an initiative and helping us  to read  their  great work as well as  reviewing it so that they can be encouraged to bring about change in people's  thinking and their lifestyles . As we all now "Pen is mightier than Sword ".Not only that but also Due to technologically advancement people have stopped reading books (paperback )so to rekindle their friendship with books  some-author have started Penning their thoughts and some of stories are awesomely written  that you will be forced to read and write comments on their blog or in their Facebook page  regarding their work


One of the Author is Shoma Narayanan  she is banker -writer .Her stories are nice to read .

Twelve hours of Temptation is her Fifth book with Harlequin India


                              About the Story :






Being chained to her desk is not how copy writer Mellisa D'cruz imagine of spending her night before her major award ceremony . There was no Cinderella moments for this award nominee -----instead she is facing deadlines for her current ad.But then she is determined to go to the event.... she just has work out how ......

Mellisa 's New boss Samir Razdan  catches her burning the midnight oil and offers to drive her to Goa himself .But the minute they off for Goa Samir know that he 's in trouble-- because being this close to Mellisa is already driving him crazy and they have got torturous hours of temptations ahead 


                                 My Views:


Shoma Narayanan 's books gives you a joy of reading , as her stories are sweet and nice  .

First a fall  I like the Cover Photos of all the editions .

I like story line very much as its set in Goa and Mumbai (the place  I eternally love)The characters are crafted very NICELY .Importance is given to each and every character Like Brain ,Liz etc .....

I loved  Mellisa's and Samir 's character the most because they are total different personalities who fall in love with each .How they are unique  you will get to know only after you read the book  .

The dialogues between the two of them were 'Maazedaar' .The emotions of all the characters are carefully described .The places and situations which they put in are very well written

The Author I feel has completed the book in haste so in some places some  will find it difficult  to accept it For eg :  Immediately after Visiting Goa they living in together .Which I couldn't get the hold of it as how someone who barely know each other could live in  .But over all I found the book Entertaining .

Y'all. Happy Sunday  .Hope you all are enjoying   your Sunday to the fullest so that you all will be charged  to face your Monday Blues with a lot of 'Josh ' and confidence .

Hey Guys I am back with a book review . The Author is a banker and very  good writer .Her books are globally sold she is recognized as ' Global Best Selling Indian Author'.

I hope that I get a chance to interview her once . As I am huge fan of hers .So for time being I am consoling my heart by writing an book review of one of her books  .

Let start the Review of her Second book .

The story goes like this When Tara Sundaram learns that her father has found her the perfect husband she is not convinced.She may be from  traditional   Indian family but she is far from conventional ....Perhaps she should check out her future husband in secret -just in case.......

but Bumping into Vikram Krishnan 33years six feet all of deliciousness .Tara knows that her blushes betray her outward coolness.May be marriage to Vikram  will have its perks ... but  before she  says 'Yes'   she have few little rules for her husband -to -be  .


Only she hasn't counted on Vikram being just keen to throw out the rulebook as she is..!


                                    My Views

Author Shoma Narayanan has proved  herself as a winner for  the  second time around with this book 

This books take me back to my best friend wedding  which I  had attended long back 

The USP of this book is its simplicity  . The plot is simple .
Shoma has weaved all her characters very well .Each character 's emotions are very well  described in detail that makes  you relate with character  for example Tara character  her arguments with her father , her desires  ,her feelings for Vikram  etc....I can relate with this character

The dialogues are Simple  and sweet .The style of writing is fantastic

Shoma Narayanan my favorite Author  thank you  for giving us  joy of reading your books


Highly recommended to all single who will be hitched this wedding season  ,to all the married focks  and to love birds who are deeply in love with each other

 Shoma got hooked onto reading when she was a kid, pestering her parents for new books every day, and borrowing from neighbors when they refused. At that time, the thought of writing one herself never entered her head – she was convinced she wanted to be a teacher when she grew up. When she was a little older, she decided to become an engineer instead, and took a degree in electronics and telecommunications. 

Then she thought a career in management was probably a better bet, and went off to do an MBA. That's a decision she's never regretted because she met her husband in the first year of B-school – fifteen years later, they're married, with two adorable kids whom they are raising with the same careful attention to detail that they gave their second-year project on organizational behaviour. 

A couple of years ago, Shoma took up writing as a hobby (after successively trying her hand at baking, sewing, knitting, crochet and patchwork), and was amazed at how much she enjoyed it. A short story she wrote won first prize in a competition run by DNA's 'Me' magazine, and another made it to a short story collection called 'Urban Shots' – hugely encouraged by this, she decided to take up writing seriously. Then she saw an ad for the Mills and Boon Passions contest that said that Harlequin (M&B )was looking out for Indian authors, and her first thought was 'Wow, that's something I want to do!' She spent the weekend writing a story about two lovers separated in college, and submitted it. The next thing she knew, she was one of the three winners of the contest, and was working on a full-length book – and the book became the first Mills and Boon book by an Indian author to be released globally.

Now she's just completed her fifth romance novel,Its complex is Sixth Romance  fiction work with Rupa publication

Thus beings a tempestuous romance which has many unexpected twists and turns .Jai who desperate to have break in Bollywood enters a love story contest  under Nikita's  name .Will this rash act on his will lead to nasty break or will the two fall in love and discover each other  .Lets find out how this young couple navigate their complicated romance with many colorful people around them

WHAT I LIKE ABOUT THIS BOOK  WAS THE WAY IN WHICH AUTHOR SHOMA NARAYANAN  HAS DESCRIBED THE PEOPLE AND SITUATION WITH EASE IT FEELS REAL AND AS IF  WE ARE ALSO PRESENT THERE

The tittle of the book and cover photo  is quiet Catchy and Attractive. The characters are described very well .The emotions of the characters when their put  in different situation  are carefully weaved and well portrayed   .The dialogues are simple,crisp and sweet .

Equally  Importance is given to all the supporting characters like Anuj,Shilpa,Sandeep,Rakhi,Saloni,Saria ,Suraj,Vikrant ,Naveen and Madhuri

I liked kid Suraj character the most and title of synopsis
 ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN IN MUMBAI
FAME, FORTUNE ,ADVENTURE ,ROMANCE

IT'S COMPLEX BY SHOMA NARAYANAN IS WONDERFUL BOOK .HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO ALL WHO LIKE SPEEDY ROMANCES  WITH A LOT OF HUMOR AND DRAMA IN IT
