Book Review of Take 2 by Ruchi Singh

I received the book as a review copy from the author herself. Thank you Ruchi Singh for the same.

Blurb: The story is about Priya Verma a software engineer and Abhimanyu Malhotra the head of Star Communication and their  journey of becoming one  with each other .
Priya 's life turns upside down when she comes to know that her husband Sameer Rai  is cheating on her back  with other women and considers her to dead weight after stripping off her inheritance for his own ambitions and lavish lifestyle.
On the contrary Abhimanyu gets  instantly attracted to Priya. He knows that getting involved with a married women would invite troubles in his life .But apart from his common sense and caution which his  head and people around give him. He  is drawn to help her.
Happily ever after  has become a myth to her   .As Priya tries hard to maintain a platonic relationship with him. But it becomes more and more for Abhimanyu .
In the tussle with her fear, and ethics of society , will she be able to embrace a second change that life gives her .
My take :Take 2 is Ruchi Singh's Debut Novel. Congrats to her for reaching the third  position in the Amazon's   popular book list  within a week time. Take 2 is a superb and very written book by Ruchi Singh. The characters in the book are really mind blowing .The story line is simple.
Ruchi has narrated her story in a wonderful manner .She has very well described  the emotion of all the characters in a very realistic way .Making you feel  the anguish, the frustration ,  and the pain which her characters go through .
The Story is set in Delhi, Gurgoan and Chandigarh .The dialogues are quiet articulately written .The pace of story is normal. Initially it seemed to be boring but later parts of novel seemed to very interesting as Ruchi has very artistically written the drama in a  brilliant  way that would hold the reader attention. The confusions and drama are weaved  very careful in a delicate way. I like the way she has described Priya's neighbors  Mrs. Bhatia's reactions towards her  , when she announces her divorce  with her husband  and when she bring  Abhimanyu  to her place .I love the way Ruchi has described Abhimanyu emotion's like his soft corner for Priya , because somewhere  I could feel my  own friend's attitude  towards me when I was reading his character   the book.

This book transported me to an different world. Awesome Read. Highly recommended to all the lovers of fiction .All the very best for the success of your book  Ruchi  .Waiting some more interesting novels from your side .
This my unbiased review of Take 2 by Ruchi Singh .

The blurb: Vir is the head of Acel a pharma company. Weeks before pharma giant Acel get ready to file a global patent application  for its wonder drug 'Colare'. Unfortunately he gets dragged into shadowy online world of masked identities and mudded digital foot prints .The more he discovers that nothing is easy but everything  has its price.
Set across Mumbai, Washington and Guangzhou. Breach is compelling and edgy that explores dangerous side of cyber crime.
My Views: Breach is  a superb book written by a very Talented Author Amrita Chowdhury .This book is written in Ravi Subramanian's style .Actually this book is fusion of  Pharma and I.T. This book also explores dark and deadly side of virtual existences  and how over use virtual media can create problems in people's life .Like it  created in Vir's life .
The author has narrated this story in a fantastic way .The story stretches from Washington, Mumbai to Guangzhou .This story emphasis on cyber crime .How things gets exposed  and information get hacked  and how many people are involved in this .Those people who are involved in this can  easily lose their directions in their lives .So we should  use Virtual existence  to minimum possible extent  .So that we can avert troubles  that might occur .
Breach is awesome book. A very well written book by Amrita Chowdhury .It is totally a new genre written in a very eloquent  way .All the characters and their emotion are described very carefully by the Author. Plot/story line is superb. Love the way she has narrated the story. Though it was new challenging task for me as Iam not that familiar with this type of genre  I enjoyed reading this book. Apart from all the characters in the book I like Sandman's character the most .

Highly recommended book to all readers , who  love to read thriller  novels the most and to those who love taking up new challenge /take plunge in reading other genres apart from whatever genre he or she likes.

Blessing in Disguise

Blessing in Disguise
Four year ago
It was a pleasant day in Mumbai. Sonia 's  mother  Radica had gone to bazaar and grandmother had  gone to temple  to attend some Parvachan. Sonia used to  not like these kind of stuff which her grand mom used like. As she was a party animal .Those were hay days when Sonia was centre of attraction but after Shyam rejection she wasn't the same dynamic person . Shyam was the apple of people's eyes in Dwarka Nagari the   swanky building in Mumbai which was two street away from her residence .Shyam was getting ready for bath . Until he heard the news of Radica Auntie's death He immediately ran down to her place where Sonia lived ."Her grand mom stared at him and promised herself that  she will  never allow  Shyam who had  ruined her daughter-in law life  to come close to any of her granddaughter 's". she thought warily as  she allowed Shyam to enter  the crematorium  to attend Radica 's last rites function.

Presently
Shyam knew from his close source that Radica  was Sonia's mother   Mrs. Radica  act  pull Sonia's  father down as he  Xyz multinational company  tender which she wanted to give her boyfriend i.e. him But Alas it couldn't happen as Mr. Seth was a good man having a golden heart. But  after Radica death his live was hay wired .As he started to drinking and partying  a lot.   Shyam hated himself for  being so shallow that he had  rejected Sonia over her mother Radica as she was more attractive to look .He felt ashamed of himself and left the place .Sonia who was looking lost  .Looking at the way Sonia was taken away from the place his heart twisted .Finally Shyam had decided to take her away from her family who were giving her shabby treatment .But how was  he going to do it was a big question ? he thought frustratingly .

Finally Shyam  thought of a plan  ,he called up his pal' Raj 'in this regard. The plan was simple to kidnap Sonia from the Business seminar which is going to be held in London. Raj looked at his friend with great regard. 'It's quiet risky Shyam' Raj tensely said. No.....Everything in life is challenge ,so I am ready for this risky challenge Shyam  smiling said .But what are you going to do? Raj enquires as Shyam packs his bag and ready to take the next fight to London. While leaving home for airport Shyam looking at Raj says the answer to your question is 'Disguise'. I will disguise as Sandy -the diplomat of the state  for Sonia's sake .After reaching the airport Raj and Shyam exchanged teary glances while bidding their adieus.

On reaching London, he disguised himself as Sandy--the diplomat of the state  went to the party which was been thrown by Mr. Seth along with his  brand new wife days before Business seminar .In the mark of their achievements which they had got , when Sonia was heading his Xyz multinational company . While enjoying the party , he started searching for Sonia .Sonia who was lost in thought standing  in extreme corner  of the party hall staring at sky through the glass windows .On Locating Sonia he pressed a handkerchief  filled with chloroform on  her face. She fell unconscious .Shyam lifted her and took her away in midst people enjoying the party .As Mr. Seth saw real Sandy enter the party  hall with his mother late in night   , he felt something  wrong amidst and frantically starting searching for Sonia  .When he came to Shyam  who had disguised has Sandy had kidnap  his daughter .He ran  out to wage a war  him. Alas! he couldn't as he was stopped by his own mother who didn't like him anymore .Seeing a person named Sandy  taking her ,Sonia couldn't believe her eyes as she felt like Krishna who had come rescue her Rukumini from family who didn't like her especially from the diplomat of the state Sandy . Sonia felt happiness bubble up .'Are you the really Sandy who is supposed to get married to me ' she asked him as Mr. Seth tried to pull her by pushing his mother on the ground  .Nah I am Shyam.  He said while marching towards Mr. Seth .Much before he could start his fist fight with her father as he was having animalist behavior towards week and meek .  Sonia stopped him by saying "This merchant of Mumbai does not understand the true meaning of quality mercy like you do".

The day of seminar dawned , making Mr. Seth realize that  he was the one and only  person  who  disguised himself  as happy man who wants more from life but in actuality  he was the  most unhappiest person in the world. In order picture himself or make him feel happy  he remarried a women who did not want to  mother Sonia but  only wanted his wealth  He thought warily as he saw Sonia smiling at Shyam's antics .Which made him feel jealous of Shyam the  great business man who was making her laugh .Which felt like blessing his disguise for his daughter

#1000 Speak For Compassion : The white-haired women ---- Grandma

Image result for grandmother clipart
Hi Y'all
Good Afternoon
The  white-haired women  ---- Grandma is small article written by my friend Simple Women  Radha   as 'A Tribute' to the newest generation of people as they still value and respect their grandparents especially their grandma's for being in their lives ..... for  the longest period. So let start with it.

                     The  white-haired women  ---- Grandma

We all call GRANDMA by different names like Aaaji ,Patti ,Dadi ,Granny and etc...... way . we often mock around her saying that "granny you are too bad and  boring us with her advices and sermons" .We allways considered the white hair ,fragile frame women as traditional and who doesn't not know how to  move on with others as they live in their old world isn't it so? Guys hmm  even we find it a  little awkward to call our friend home for party afraid off her as if she is' Dayan'.
But we often forget a  thing that she is also a human being and not a lump to be taunted every one and then for being their in our lives.  As they have crossed through several stages in life to come to this level and we not even crossed  one stage of life  properly without others  help we start  being like we are 'ustad ' we don't think that we will one day also become old like them instead we think we are every green young .I have seen most of young parents they snap their grandmas(Gm) as if their  (GM) don't know what is current trend in every senses especially after child birth .They never trust their (GM) as they don't want to or their scared to trust and try out  their Nuskas as they think it will   will harm the child .  But then  ...... they trust the doctors who give medicines for small small problem like cold or cough or stomach pain caused by Acidity ,gas or indigestion which isn't good for the young child .
As for them  trusting  their (GM) ghar ka Nuskas is like playing with fire  .Much before their Granny gives anything they will asks several question that their mothers find it difficult to calm both of them

Grandma's relationship with us is unique and whether proof.Meaning Despite several fights with them   and criticism against her we love her and if any outsider speaks to them rudely you snap them back .....and give them a lesson of their life .Seeing you defend her she (Grandma ) sheds tears of joy and pours her heart to you and showers unconditional love on you .No one on this planet earth can given you so much love like Grandma not even your Gf,Husband,Wife or finance can give you ,that  much love she gives  as they do Dekhava of love apart from some exceptional people .

Once when our relationship becomes strong we start sharing things that we also don't share with parents until one day when  your best friend and your mentor of life IE Grandma leaves you and becomes a star amongst the other stars .You start feeling bad and start missing her as you became like parched soil which requires water for its development and  once when you will feeling like that and  then to rejuvenate yourself you will start remembering each and every word of grandma and soak it into your  heart .As She was  the backbone of the family like the agriculture which  is backbone of India  and like head of family. SHE is also SUPREME HEAD OF THE FAMILY WITH WHOM FAMILY PROPHECY WOULD NOT  HAVE HAPPENED .So once when you realize this as you grow up you will take parents very well and you will teach their grandchildren to be  good to them  but today's generation  Grand Parents are not that strict like our generation Grandma .Can't help it.

Only one thing I want Y'all to remember that never make them feel like  they are burden on you  as I seen some many people keeping their own mother in homes so that their children future will not disturbed  but this according to me is not done as Grandma are dam good to be with .They are smarter and wiser than all others in a family. So be compassionate and kind towards them.
